Child Fund Program
Qualification: A fund or trust has been set up for a child who has a deceased parent.  The program
provides a one time contribution per child.

Immediate Needs Program
Qualification: Child has a deceased parent.  Certification by parent or care giver of inability to pay for
anything that will have an adverse effect on the surviving child.  This includes but is not limited to food,
clothing, medical, utilities, mortgage or rent expenses.  The parent or care giver must demonstrate an
unexpected need due to loss of income or exceptional expenses.

College Savings Program
Qualification: Child has a deceased parent and a 529 or Coverdell Education Saving account.  Program
provides a yearly contribution.

College Assistance Program
Qualification: Child has a deceased parent.  Certification of enrollment in a college, university or trade
school.  Program provides a yearly cash award to help cover child’s expenses.

Day Care/Tuition Assistance Program
Qualification: Child has a deceased parent.  Certification by parent or care giver of inability to pay for day
care/tuition without adverse effect on the surviving child. Parent or care giver must have been denied any
available tuition assistance programs. The program directly pays day care provider a percentage of the
total monthly cost.

Gift Card Program
Qualification: Child has a deceased parent.  Certification by parent or care giver of a need for
assistance.  Grocery and department store gift cards are distributed throughout the year with the dollar
amounts based on the number of participants.
